Starting from March 1st, 2024, this "order refuse Saturday" plan will be active. Each Saturday, we don't take any payments.
1 day of no payments means 1/7 less work for our tailors each week. We have to find a balance between "our limited making capacity" and "orders", we don't want our making capacity to be crushed again (like in 2023).
A lot of new customers may not understand: why do you run big promotions on the one hand and limit customers' payments on the other hand?
That's because, to us, new customers and returning customers are two completely different "groups of people". 95% of people who have never tried our making services are simply ignoring us, but every single one who has tried is buying like crazy.
Ice and fire.
The key moment is when a customer opens his first package from us. Before that, no matter what we do, no matter what we say, to 95% of website visitors, it means almost nothing. After this moment, all the enthusiasms come in.
For 8 years, we have grown from 16 tailors to 600 tailors, but this "Ice and fire" scenario, has never changed.
Big promotions are only for inviting new customers to try; payment limitation is for our overall making capacity.
Thank you so much for all the support and understanding.
While new visitors have no idea about the super quality/price ratio they will get, the ever-growing dependency from our loyal customers is putting our making capacity under a lot of pressure.
As we mentioned on another page, we almost destroyed our 7-year good reputation by having too many orders that exceeded largely our making capacity between March 2023 to November 2023.
Please kindly note that NCG Tailor is no longer a place where you can order "emergent orders"; it has to be 4 to 6 weeks and you have to respect the rhythm of our tailors's work.
You have to plan ahead (At least 1 month to 6 weeks ahead).
In order to keep the balance between "demand and supply", we might refuse any order each Saturday (It means, each Saturday, you can do everything on our website, like saving your measurements, or saving an order, but you can't pay).
For the moment, we still accept orders on Saturday. For those who are interested in placing an order in the near future, we recommend that you keep an eye on this page, because "Order-refuse Saturday" might become effective soon.
