The meaning of “100% money back 48H” policy

When it comes to suit tailoring, customers typically have two options: local tailoring or online tailoring.

Local tailoring is a very reassuring method. You visit a tailor in your neighborhood, and they take care of everything—from taking your measurements to guiding you through the entire process (choosing your fabric, selecting your desired style, etc.). Even if, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the result, you can speak directly with the tailor to find a solution. However, the main disadvantage of this method is that it tends to be very expensive.

Online tailoring, on the other hand, is much more affordable, and customers have a wide range of websites and apps to choose from. However, most online tailors require you to take your own measurements, which can make the final fit feel uncertain—especially if it’s your first time ordering.

As an online tailor, NCG Tailor is fully aware of these concerns, which is why we offer our “100% Money Back Within 48 Hours” policy.

What does this policy mean?

- “Money back”:
As a customer, you don’t need to worry about losing money when shopping with NCG Tailor. We only keep your payment if you’re fully satisfied. Otherwise, for any reason—whether it’s dissatisfaction with the fit, fabric, style, or construction of your suit—simply send us an email, and we’ll refund your payment.

- “100%”:
This means there are absolutely no exceptions or excuses on our end. If you’re unhappy, you don’t even need to provide a reason. Simply say, “I’m not happy,” and we’ll process your refund.

- “48H”:
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours on working days (excluding holidays and weekends). Once you send us an email, all concerns about “losing money” will be resolved within approximately 48 hours.

The Difference Between a Seller and a Tailor

We have wanted to address this topic for quite some time, as it seems to be a common source of misunderstanding between us and our clients.

To begin with, we want to clarify an important point: our goal is not simply to earn money from everyone, but to build relationships with clients who appreciate the quality and craftsmanship that we offer.

As with any industry, the world of "online tailoring" has its own unique clientele. Many people may not be familiar with the differences between a fused suit and a canvassed suit, or they might assume that body measurements and suit measurements are the same. Some may prioritize price over quality or expect a custom-tailored suit to be completed in less than a week, rather than the typical 4 to 6 weeks.

For a seller, the transaction might end once a payment is received, but for a tailor, it is just the beginning of our commitment to creating a well-crafted garment. To a seller, $200 is the same regardless of who the customer is. However, for us as tailors, accepting payment from someone who may not fully understand or value the process can lead to challenges. We believe in building long-term relationships with clients who share our passion for quality, and we strive to avoid any misunderstandings that could compromise that experience.

Suddenly, we want to write something…

Or maybe not so suddenly; the urge to start a journal has existed for a very long time.

Let this be the first entry in our history.

There is so much we want to share, but when we try to write, we don’t know where to start. All we have are feelings—mixed feelings. We want to shout, cry, and be happy…

We are tailors, not sellers.

We won’t publish every day, obviously, but we will try to share something regularly, to make this page something long-lasting.

Maybe you’ll want to follow along. Maybe not.

May every hard-working person deserve all the happiness they seek.
