If we are late with the delivery (which sometimes happens in tailoring) and you prefer to cancel your order, please send us an email, and we will stop the making and process a full refund within 48 hours (during working days). No questions asked.
Provide us with the tracking code of your returned package; once we see movement under this tracking code, we will process a full refund within 48 hours (during working days). This means we don’t need to wait for the arrival of the returned package to refund you.
We DO NOT accept order cancellations during the making process (within the specified time frame).
